AGENCY MISSION Women’s Mentoring Network promotes financial independence, economic security, economic mobility and asset building through education and employment services for low-income women and their families. PHILOSOPHY Economic empowerment fosters positive life expectations and is the most effective strategy against homelessness, hunger and social disorder. It is the most effective strategy to break the cycle of generational poverty.
