New Canaan Rotary Club
The Rotary Club of New Canaan is an organization of business and professional leaders who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace. The Rotary Club of New Canaan embraces the Rotary motto "Service Above Self" through its numerous service projects during the year.
Funds raised through their benefit events go to support local, domestic and international projects and organizations. Requests for funding go through an annual grant review process in the spring of each year. Fellowship, fun and camaraderie are cornerstones of their club.
All Rotarians worldwide are united in a campaign for the global eradication of polio.
The Rotary Club has approximately 50 members and meets Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. at the Roger Sherman Inn.
