What we are looking for:
Help us ensure that relatives and medical professionals receive a prompt response to phone calls and provide a warm welcome to all visitors! This role would suit a confident, warm individual who can cope in a busy environment. Responsible for greeting visitors and answering the phone, obtaining basic caller information and connecting with appropriate staff. This is a great way to build customer service skills and make a significant impact, providing quality care to residents and visitors and support to the staff of this non-profit healthcare organization. Training and supervision will be provided.  Shifts available between 12am-1pm on weekdays and some weekends/holidays. Regular commitment available or join a pool to cover emergency relief.
